From October 19–30, 2026, participants will use the Knowledge Matters Restaurant Simulation to make real-world business decisions, manage their operation, and compete to build the most profitable restaurant.

Open to college and university students worldwide studying hospitality, tourism, culinary arts, or related fields.
- Create your free Hospitality Nexus profile.
- Select “Yes” when asked, “Are you interested in joining the Nexus Restaurant Challenge?”
- We’ll send you the official Knowledge Matters registration link through the Hospitality Nexus on October 5.
